Adam Guarisco is an associate in the Corporate and Tax sections of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. Adam graduated cum laude from Paul M. Hebert Law Center with his Juris Doctor and his Diploma in Comparative Law in 2024. Adam received his Graduate Certificate in Estate Planning and Taxation and served as Senior Editor for the Journal of Energy Law and Resources. During law school, Adam completed an externship with the Louisiana Department of Revenue. Adam graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Internal Audit at Louisiana State University in 2018. Adam is also a certified public accountant.
