Lance Kinchen is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. His principal areas of practice include automotive, corporate law, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, estate planning and probate administration.

Mr. Kinchen is also a certified public accountant and a Certified Tax Law Specialist certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Kinchen represents a broad range of high net worth individuals, closely-held businesses, shareholders, and members in general corporate or LLC matters; mergers and acquisitions; tax and estate planning; and business succession planning.

Mr. Kinchen has represented numerous business owners on developing strategies to transfer their ownership to the next generation. With his CPA background, Mr. Kinchen works collaboratively with accountants, financial planners, and advisors to help his clients meet their goals.

Automotive Services
Serving as co-chair of the firm's Automobile Industry Team, Mr. Kinchen represents automobile and motorcycle dealerships in Louisiana and throughout the country. Mr. Kinchen served on the Board of Directors of the National Automobile Dealers Counsel; and as a member of the firm, serves as General Counsel to the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association. In addition to advising dealer-principals and their families in corporate matters, tax planning, franchise matters, and business succession planning, Mr. Kinchen’s services include working with clients on the following matters:
