Our representation advising boards and agencies includes defending lawsuits, assisting in employment/personnel matters, interpreting laws and regulations, drafting and promulgating rules, preparing advisory opinions, attending board and committee meetings, advising board members and staff on a variety of legal issues, monitoring and responding to legislation, ensuring compliance with open meetings laws, and responding to public records requests.
