David Fleshman will be covering the topic "Whose Name, Whose Brand? NIL and Collegiate Trademarks" on February 18, 2022. As a part of the Southeastern Conference ("SEC") Law School's "Series of Conversation on Name, Image, and Likeness and the Future of Intercollegiate Athletics." David, an adjunct professor of Sports Law at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, will be joined by LSU Paul M. Law Center's Interim-Dean and Professor of Law, Lee Ann Lockridge, and Darren Heitner, an adjunct professor of Sports Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
